Camping, disc golfing, hiking and picnicking trails are also available in the park. The surrounding scenery is lush. The park is dog-friendly and has educational outreach programs centered around wildlife conservation for children. The park’s four equestrian camping plots come with 50 amp electricity, tie rails and corrals as well as water connections.

Wichita Falls Vineyards and Winery

6th Street Winery, a winery and tasting room in the heart of Wichita Falls, opened its doors to the public on September 1, 2008. Guests can enjoy features like an indoor pool, a gym, and free WiFi in public areas. The front desk is staffed 24/7 to help secure valuables and answer any questions.
Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum
The Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum enshrines the history of this popular sport with its theatrical stunts, outrageous acrobatics, and improbable finishing holds. Inductees include midgets, women (Mildred Burke), and even the oddball likes of Mexican lucha libre crossover star Mil Mascaras. Upstairs, framed photos and robes fill room after room, while posters recall the good old days or are downright silly.
This family-friendly waterpark features slides, an activity swimming pool, a relaxing river and a wavepool. There’s also a tropical bar for mom and dad, and a garden picnic area. Admission is free. There are also special events and lessons.
Texas Sports Hall of Fame
The Texas Sports Hall of Fame, located in a state known for its love of football and other sports is a must visit for any sporting fan. The museum features an extensive collection of memorabilia from the state’s famous athletes and teams, as well as a range of interactive exhibits.
Since 2016, the PWHF and museum have been located in the Big Blue Tower, an iconic building. With continued growth and a need for more space the Hall of Fame will be moving to the 3rd floor of the building.
